WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
Here at An Even Greater Divide Inc, we have a No Refund, No Exchange, No Return Policy in place to help protect our customers due to the nature of the products we sell. All sales made online are final. Products may be eligible for an exchange in-store.
WHAT ABOUT REFUNDS OR RETURNS?
Any Refunds or Returns are done at the discretion of the Owner due to the nature of the products we sell. If you have any concerns or issues please call or come in and speak with management!
WHAT ARE THE PAYMENT OPTIONS?
We currently accept cash. And we now accept all major credit and debit cards. We ask that every person has their ID with them when paying with a card. Please keep in mind there are age-restricted items and an ID is necessary to purchase said items.
WHERE DO YOU FIND YOUR CRYSTALS?
All crystals are sourced by our professional buyers, who have years of experience in locating and properly identifying stones. Brazil, India, and Madagascar are places where our vendors have gotten these crystals.
ARE CHILDREN ALLOWED IN THE STORE?
Yes, children are welcome in the front half of the store only.
DO YOU OFFER GIFT CARDS?
Yes! We offer the ability to get a loved one a Gift Certificate. This item has no minimums or fees. This item must be purchased in-store.
IS THIS ALL YOU CARRY?
Absolutely not! You can find much more in-store. These are only the items that we are selling online. Feel free to call 229-244-5992 or stop by and find out everything else we carry.
